LAB T-Form X2 thermoforming machine

Last generation thermoforming machine controlled by a microprocessor, which allows the use of 7 different programmes, all of which can be personalised and stored.

Equipped with a digital display to visualise all the parameters and a multifunction keyboard for the easy setting and control of the following functions:
- temperature (heating)
- time of exposure to heating
- vacuum (pressure)
- time of exposure to pressure.

The programmed sequence combination of these functions and the audio and visual signals make the T-FORM X2 unique and easy to use.

Equipped with a push-button/foot-pedal control for the vacuum (pressure), it is perfectly adapted also for taking footprint readings directly on the foot of the patient through a nylon bag.

Oil vacuum pump (separate) adapted for continuous use: vacuum capacity 2 mbar (vacuum percentage: 99,8%), equipped with filter and check valve.

Heating surface equipped with 1200 Watt resistance, protected by a breathable material in fibreglass and Teflon; maximum obtainable temperature 250°, adapted for processing carbon laminates.

Silicon membrane resistant to over 300°, easily replaceable.
